Facility Usage

At myTRAINER, we wish to maintain an environment that encourages courteous and respectful behavior among Members and Guests.  Club Use Guidelines have been developed with the intention of making everyone’s experience as enjoyable as possible. Upon arrival, Members and Guests must sign-in.  If asked, please be prepared to present evidence of your identity.  Alcoholic beverages and recreational drugs, legal or otherwise, are not permitted inside the Club.  Weapons of any kind including, but not limited to, knives and firearms, are not permitted.  In addition, we ask that you avoid carrying personal possessions into the Club.  Valuables including clothing, eye-wear and jewelry that do not stay with you at all times will be at risk of being damaged, lost or stolen.

From time-to-time, myTRAINER representatives may take photographs of Members and Guests.  Unless you notify myTRAINER otherwise, myTRAINER may publish and otherwise use such photographs on its Website, on-line social sites, and all other marketing media. There are inherent risks of injury which accompany physical exercise, fitness instruction, or use of cardiovascular and resistance training equipment.  Engaging in physical exercise also carries the risk of experiencing an accidental slip and fall injury.  Each Member and Guest must complete and sign a Facility Usage Agreement whereby your right to make claims due to injuries or losses are waived.
