Guest Policy

myTRAINER is pleased to offer each Member the opportunity to share their Club with family and friends.

Members may accompany as many as two guests to the Club at one time. Guests that are minors under the age of eighteen must be accompanied by a parent or their legal guardian. Guests must complete and sign a Facility Usage Agreement prior to using Club resources or otherwise participating in physical exercise of any kind. In the event the Guest is a minor, a parent or legal guardian must complete and sign a Facility Usage Agreement on their behalf and remain present throughout their visit.

There is no charge to bring Guests. However, the same person may only be a Guest one time. Thereafter, access to the Club and its services is subject to a Membership Agreement and payment. Whenever possible, we ask that you notify us prior to bringing Guests. Advance notice may afford our staff the opportunity to make adjustments to better accommodate Guests, especially during predictably busier times of the day or evening.
